湖北雙環(huán)堿改項目壓縮機(jī)單機(jī)試車暨工藝裝置聯(lián)動試車完成

Recently, the single-machine trail run of the three major units (vacuum unit, furnace gas compressor unit, and low-potassium tail gas compressor unit) of the Hubei Shuanghuan Alkali Reform Project undertaken by CNCEC-TCC has been successfully completed. Meanwhile, the integrated trail runs for process installations including soda ash dense unit , ammonium chloride unit, dry ammonium section, and light ash section, as well as the wet salt transportation section, has been successfully carried out. Public utilities such as the fire water station and circulating water station have been put into operation, marking the breakthrough of the full project process flow and laying a solid foundation for subsequent feedstock commissioning.
近日，中國化學(xué)天辰公司承建的湖北雙環(huán)堿改項目3大機(jī)組（真空機(jī)組、爐氣壓縮機(jī)組、低鉀尾氣壓縮機(jī)組）單機(jī)試車完成，同時重堿裝置、氯化銨裝置、干銨工段、輕灰工段等工藝裝置以及濕鹽運輸工段聯(lián)動試車工作順利完成，消防水站、循環(huán)水站等公用工程投用，標(biāo)志著全項目工藝流程打通，為后續(xù)投料試車奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)。
下一步，項目團(tuán)隊將以此次聯(lián)動試車成功為契機(jī)，一如既往地堅守施工一線，以更加飽滿的熱情繼續(xù)全力配合業(yè)主推進(jìn)投料試車工作，爭取項目早日正式投入生產(chǎn)，用質(zhì)量和服務(wù)回饋業(yè)主的信賴，為業(yè)主和公司交上一份滿意答卷。
